Storage can change the price
Two Samsung phones from the same year can have different values if one has more storage. A 256GB version may be worth more than a 128GB version, but only if demand is still there and the condition is right.
Before you accept a quote, check the storage size in the phone settings. Guessing can slow things down later if the phone arrives as a different version.
Condition is where quotes move most
The screen, frame, cameras, buttons, charging port and battery all matter. Light marks are normal on many used phones, but cracks, deep scratches, heavy wear, faults or account locks can reduce the final confirmed price.
Choose the condition that matches the phone today. A slightly cautious condition choice is usually better than picking the highest one and then having the quote adjusted after inspection.

Check how much your phone is worth
Remove accounts before you post it
Before sending the phone, remove your Samsung account, Google account, screen lock and any tracking. A locked phone cannot be fully tested, which can delay the order.
Back up what you want to keep, remove the accounts, then erase the phone. Do not send SIM cards or memory cards with it.
Boxes and chargers are optional
You can sell many Samsung phones without the original box or charger. The phone is the main part of the quote.
If you do include accessories, only send items that are safe to post and clearly belong with the device. Keep the parcel simple and protected.
Timing affects Samsung values
Samsung prices move as new models launch and used stock changes. If you already plan to sell, it is usually better to get the quote while the phone is still in demand.
