Four things affect the price: model, storage, condition, and battery health.
Pro Max fetches the most, followed by Pro, Plus, and standard. Higher storage is worth more. Screen damage and scratches reduce the offer. iPhones with battery health below 80% come in lower than those in better shape.

Every order comes with a free prepaid Royal Mail label covering up to ÂŖ150 insurance. The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are usually worth more than ÂŖ150, so for those models we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which covers the full value of your phone during transit.

When to sell
