Understanding Your Order Status
Here's what each status means for your order
Pending
Your order has been created and we're waiting to receive your device. Please send your device using the shipping label with QR code - scan it at any Post Office, no printer needed!
Received
We've received your device and it's now in our facility. Our team will begin evaluation shortly.
Evaluated
Our team has inspected and evaluated your device. You may receive an offer or the payment will be processed based on your original quote.
Paid
Payment has been sent to your account. You should receive your payment within 24 hours of this status change.
How Order Tracking Works
Create Your Order
Get an instant quote for your device and create an order. You'll receive a unique order number (starting with "SM").
Ship Your Device
Use the prepaid shipping label with QR code provided in your order confirmation email. Scan the QR code at any Post Office (no printer needed) to send your device to us. Your order status will update when we receive it.
Track Progress
Enter your order number above to see real-time updates on your order status. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage.
Receive Payment
Once your device is evaluated and approved, payment will be sent to your account. Most payments are processed within 24 hours.
